| Details: | Oil & Gas UK today announced that it has appointed two new members to its Board. Gerry Borghesi, Joint Interest Manager, UK/Netherlands at ExxonMobil, has been appointed as a major oil companies' representative while Mark McAllister, Fairfield Energy's chief executive officer, takes the place reserved for a small production operator.
Malcolm Webb, Oil & Gas UK's chief executive, said: "I am very pleased that Gerry and Mark have agreed to join our Board. Their wealth of experience gained in two quite different companies will certainly aid the Board in managing its responsibility for setting Oil & Gas UK's position on policy matters, especially in these challenging economic circumstances."
