| Details: | Graham Tran, who died on Sunday 27th July after a short illness, was one of the longest standing members of PILOT, participating in a constructive and cooperative way. He was the regional representative of the Amicus branch of the Unite Union; relentlessly campaigning for fair conditions for workers in the Oil and Gas Industry as well as becoming an advocate for it's future.
Graham worked in tandem with Industry in PILOT to bring forth initiatives which have benefited his Union membership and was an independent voice of the workers when Industry discussed issues affecting them. He campaigned tirelessly on safety and skills issues and played a central role in ensuring that the North Sea is a safer place to work and that skills were always top of the agenda. |
