Introduction

The Industry Leadership Team

The Industry Leadership Team (ILT) consists of key representatives from Operators, Contractors, Suppliers, and Trade Unions. The ILT provides the oil and gas industry input to PILOT, which receives regular feedback from the frequent ILT meetings.

Who is involved?

Operators: The Operator members of ILT are mainly drawn from the UKOOA Board. UKOOA is the representative organisation of member companies licensed by the Government to explore for, and produce, oil and gas in UK waters. However, smaller Operators are also represented on ILT through the Oil & Gas Independents Association (OGIA).

Contractors & Suppliers: The Contractor contingent is made up of members of the CSLT (Contractors & Suppliers Leadership Team), a group of high-level representatives from the UKCS Supply Chain, who meet regularly to discuss issues affecting the contracting and supply communities.

Trade Unions: Trade Union input is provided by Amicus - the largest Manufacturing, technical and skilled persons' union in the UK with over one million members in the public and private sectors.
